They have these all over Europe, most are this type, a sled in a trough. Others are a cart on a rail, those go faster.
The first trough one I rode had this description from Rick Steves:

On the first, you will go down show.
On the second, you will go down fast.
On the third, you will go down bloody because of the second ride.
Also at the end of that video the park medic called the guy who wiped out a “little girl” for being hurt… Fuck that place lol. That’s Mt Hood Ski Bowl which becomes Mt Hood Adventure Park or some shit in the summer.
They pitch all the outdoor stuff here like it’s some family adventure lmfao. Multnomah Falls people are up there in their nice clothes and shit, sandals, heels… fuck… and once you get past the bridge in the middle it becomes a totally different type of hike 
Some people mistake strolling for hiking. Not at all the same.
