Tiny Jet engines - 5K apeice

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJBbipoW3Bo

All those people paid 5k for those things. Shit. And there are children starving in. . . Los Angeles.

Lot more then 5

each engine is 5 - then the Remote control hardware and receiving hardware in the plane and the plane

It makes my hair curl to see some of the things people waste money on.

Why is it a waste of money - it is a hobby they enjoy

not like they are spending it on meth and the wife knows where they are

How much you thing boro spends on drag racing - lot more then 10k - so what - it’s a hobby

If I had money I would have an antique sewing machine collection from the last 200 years - so what

lots of shiny stones

I think all of that is a damn waste too. We keep getting more and more things and we’re unhappier than ever.

Honestly, if I were at that show, I would be bored watching the plane after 5 minutes. The vid bored me. I know bored people with money spend it on all kinds of stupid shit, while others work 90 hours a week and can’t make ends meet. I think it’s all pretty pathetic.

So what do you like?

One shud never be critical of anothers hobby

I sometimes enjoy playing my radio loud in the car when a good song comes on.

Really?

Hunting endangered species in Africa? A- OK. I won’t criticize.
Putting yer 5-year-old in beauty pageants? Hey, not my place to speak up!
Wanting to be the fattest woman on earth? Have at it!
Using all rare woods to build yer 50,000 square foot house? Hey, you have the right, and I should not criticize.
Paying your employees low wages so you have plenty of money to support your stupid hobbies? Hey, it’s a free country!!!

You know WTF I mean - and ya never sed yer hobby

I’m not really a hobbyist. When I find something I am passionate about, I go all in.

I’ve started fixing up the basement to display my NASCAR collection.
