I think that would have to be an acquired taste. It’s a muddled sound to me.
I don’t think I’ll acquire it, but it was an interesting thing to run across. He showed up (different song) when I searched YT for a different song title (Dylan’s You’re a Big Girl Now, I think it was.) He struck me as a Spanish language mixture of Tom Waits and Tom Jones.
