Actually I think in many cases Turks and Egyptians and Iranians tend to have a different vibe and “look” from the more generic Arabs and also from one another. Lebanese too, maybe. Could be my imagination though.
No, you’re right they do, each of those big 3 are distinct “ethnic” groups (Turk, Persian and Arab), with some shared genetics over the centuries.
When I was in College and around some of each, and had casually befriended a couple arabs and a few Iranian’s my take was in order of being most like Western Culture and looks I ranked them, Iranian and then the Turks and then the Arabs…in descending order.

It’s rumored that he was tortured by the Iraqi police prior to being let go, and I don’t think he ever has discussed his treatment since he got out.
Whatever they did to him, I hope
he knows that he was a Hero
that day.
