Aside from the Puerto Rican Day Parade incidents in NYC some years ago I do not recall any mass attacks like that perpetrated by the muslims in Cologne.

Sure - Saudi Arabia canceled the lives of ā¦what - 40 some people by beheading in January, or was it more. Boko Haram killed about the same in a single attack recently (schools girls I think it was) and they will be unearthing humans for decades that IS offt and threw in mass graves.
