Split rim - kills people every day
I had a pickup with split rims and my mechanic would not fucking touch them
you have to be insane
more then one got killed where I live

Long a time ago, that was in the US, I was going to upstate NY, it was a warm day, probably around 8 AM or so
A truck was stopped in a rest area, I was passing by but on the other lane
The trucker was in the front checking something when one of the tires exploded
It startled the shit out me man, I thought the truck had exploded, when I looked I just saw pieces of tire bands flying and the trucker tumbling backwards, hands up his chest like he was going to have a heart attack

That was probably the biggest explosion I’ve ever heard, I had no idea they were like that, a fucking bomb if you ask me
