  Crust for 9" pie: top and bottom
     2 cups of flour
     1 tsp. salt
     1/2 cup of cooking oil
     3 tblsps. of water

    Roll pastry out between 2 sheets of waxed paper so you don't add any extra flour.
    Crust comes out very flaky every time. If you make it right.

Rose that sounds a lot easier than the ice cold butter crust pie I make.  I'll try too. Thanks!
